in Singapore is seeking a Kitchen Helper to support the production and packing team in our food manufacturing kitchen, assisting with food preparation, production, packing and cleaning duties. You will perform basic cutting and chopping, shaping and preparing food products, and assist with kebab sticks, wraps and other products, packing and labeling finished goods, checking packaging, weighing and portioning ingredients, and ensuring clean and organised workspaces while

Qualifications

• Basic Food Safety / Food Hygiene knowledge is required.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Strong personal hygiene and attention to cleanliness.
• Reliable, punctual and able to follow instructions.
• Willing to work weekend days when required.
• Able to work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Basic cutting and chopping of meat, vegetables and other ingredients.
• Shaping and preparing food products.
• Assisting with preparation of kebab sticks, wraps and other products.
• Packing, sealing and labelling finished food products.
• Checking packaging and labels before products are packed.
• Weighing and portioning ingredients and finished products.
• Preparing ingredients and materials required for production.
• Cleaning and sanitising workstations, equipment and utensils.
• Keeping the kitchen, packing area and storage areas clean and organised.
• Following FIFO/FEFO and proper food-storage procedures.

Education

WSQ Food Safety Course Level 1 or equivalent
