Job summary

The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf (S) Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Kitchen/General Helper to support daily food preparation and maintain a clean, organized kitchen and dining area.

You will handle ingredients, perform stock checks, and ensure SOPs are followed. Weekend and public holiday shifts are required. Basic English communication is needed, and you must be able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients as required
• Daily delivery stock taking
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen work area and kitchen equipment i.e. kitchen floor/ chiller/ freezer
• Adhere to all SOPs for the preparation of food
• Clearing and cleaning of tables
• Ensure dining area is organized and ready for customers to dine in
• Any other duties assigned by superior
