Job summary

Foods Bridge in Singapore is seeking a Kitchen Operations staff to support daily kitchen activities and service. You will perform opening and closing duties, assist the cook with various preparations, and ensure food safety and SOP adherence.

Responsibilities include storing food properly, preparing sauces and marinades, cleaning dishes, and maintaining kitchen hygiene; you may handle other duties assigned by the Chef. The role requires teamwork and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing duties.
• Assist the cook in food preparation including frying, cooking soup, and cutting vegetables and meat according to SOP.
• Perform Deep frying task, prepare salad, peel egg shell, make gyoza etc.
• Store food in designated containers and storage areas to prevent spoilage.
• Prepare sauces, spices, seasonings and marinades based on standard recipes.
• Wash dishes, glassware, pots or pan.
• Follow company safety SOP and wear safety equipment while working in the kitchen.
• Handle any other duties assigned by Chef.
