Job summary

Responsibilities

• Able to cook and assist prepare of food.
• Ensures that food is prepared and served to the customers on time.
• Ensures that health and safety standards with all food, beverage and equipment are upheld in the kitchen.
• Follow food and beverage safety and hygiene policies and procedures.
• Maintain food and beverage production environment.
• Maintain quality control procedures.
• Receive and store food products.
• Ability to perform all required kitchen assistance duties.
• Preparation of food like portioning, cutting and packing to prepare for operation
