Job summary

SHI SHANG COFFEE (1) PTE. LTD. is looking for a friendly team member to assist in food and beverage preparation, take orders, and help ensure timely service at the stall.

You will interact with customers and support daily operations in a fast-paced cafe setting. Candidates should have a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Positive and approachable manner.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work unsupervised and deliver quality work.
• Ability to carry out multiple tasks and be a team player.
• Relevant working experience in the Coffee Shop/Food Court is an added advantage.
• Must be prepared to work during weekends/public holidays and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in food and beverage preparation.
• Ensure food is prepared and served to customers on time.
• Take orders and proceed payments.
• Manage stall and ensure cleanliness.
• Follow food and beverage safety and hygiene policies and procedures.
• Receive and store food products.
