Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients as required.
• Daily delivery stock taking.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen work area and kitchen equipment i.e. kitchen floor/ chiller/ freezer.
• Adhere to all SOPs for the preparation of food.
• Clearing and cleaning of tables.
• Ensure dining area is organized and ready for customers to dine in.
• Any other duties assigned by superior.
