Job summary

You will help cooks with cooking and plating to meet restaurant standards, maintain cleanliness, store and label items properly, follow hygiene practices, assist with deliveries, and provide support during busy service periods to ensure timely meal preparation.

Qualifications

• Assist in washing, chopping and measuring ingredients for daily meals.
• Follow food safety and sanitation practices at all times.
• Support cooks with cooking and plating to meet standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, utensils and equipment.
• Ensure proper storage and labeling of food items.
• Assist in receiving and organizing deliveries.
• Provide basic cooking tasks under supervision.
• Support during busy service periods to ensure timely meal preparation.
