Responsibilities

• Lead daily kitchen and production operations to optimize throughput.
• Supervise staff across stations to align with production schedules.
• Enforce quality control SOPs including accurate weighing and portioning.
• Maintain hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards across prep areas.
• Plan and optimize daily delivery routes for internal drivers.
• Oversee inbound and outbound logistics for ingredients and finished goods.
• Manage delivery timetables and real-time route adjustments to cut delays.
• Coordinate with suppliers to maintain inventory levels.
• Delegate, train, and evaluate kitchen staff.
• Execute administrative duties and ad-hoc operational tasks from management.
