Job summary

QIANG SHENG 10 PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on kitchen helper in Singapore to support daily operations. You will monitor food stock and movement, assist with stock checks and maintain kitchen organization.

Responsibilities include following cleaning schedules, ensuring FIFO stock rotation, accepting store deliveries, reporting maintenance issues, and complying with food hygiene policies. Flexibility to assist other departments as required and to record recipes from the team.

Responsibilities

• To monitor food stock and movement.
• To ensure that stocks are rotated using FIFO.
• To assist with acceptance of store deliveries and checks.
• To follow cleaning schedules for the kitchen and keep sections clean.
• To report maintenance issues to the head chef immediately.
• To comply with all food hygiene policies and company procedures.
• To be flexible and assist other departments when required.
• To learn all skills and record down recipes from the team.
