Buddy Hoagies Pte. Ltd. is seeking a seasoned kitchen leader to oversee Western restaurant operations. The role requires guiding and training a kitchen team, planning schedules, and ensuring QA and QSC compliance.

You will also manage inventory, wastage, and labour costs while enforcing rules, maintaining high standards, and delivering exceptional dining experiences. Suitable for leaders who thrive in a fast-paced F&B environment, including weekends and public holidays.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of relevant kitchen experience in Western restaurant.
• Experience supervising a kitchen team and coordinating shifts.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; team player.
• Able to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet short deadlines.

Mansioni

• Guide and conduct training for kitchen staff.
• Plan kitchen schedules and deployment; manage shifts.
• Ensure Kitchen QSC and QA checklists are followed.
• Monitor inventory, wastage and kitchen labour cost.
• Enforce company rules and workplace discipline; maintain high standards.
• Recommend hiring, promotions, and performance appraisals.

Job Information

• Working Hours: 5.5 Days per week (No split shift)
• Proficient in all Kitchen stations
• Guide and Conduct Training effectively
• Conducts Kitchen QSC and QA Checklist
• Plans Kitchen Schedule
• Enforces Company Rules and Workplace Discipline
• Maintains Staff Moral
• Plans Kitchen Deployment / Shift Management
• Plans Kitchen Training
• Recommends Hiring (Interview) for kitchen staff
• Recommends Promotion, Increment or Termination (Appraisal)
• Accountable for Inventory, Wastage and Kitchen Labour Cost
• Good Judgement and Problem Solving Skills
• Maintains High Standards in all Kitchen Areas consistently
• Exhibits Professionalism, Maturity, High Integrity, Resilience and Expectional Leadership
• Minimum 5 years of relevant kitchen experience in Western Restaurant, including supervising a team
• Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Flexibility is a must so is the ability to multi-task, work under pressure and with short deadlines
• Able to work in a fast-paced F&B environment
• Able to commit shift work, weekends and Public Holidays
• Salary will commensurate with experience
