Buddy Hoagies PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead the outlet and ensure a memorable dining experience for guests.

With at least 2 years in F&B and a preference for managerial experience, you will uphold food quality, service standards, staff supervision, and end-to-end outlet operations, including scheduling, discipline, and reporting. This role offers growth opportunities within a expanding brand.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in F&B, with preferred supervisory/managerial exposure.
• Strong customer service mindset and willingness to learn.
• Ability to lead a team and deliver excellent dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the outlet under your charge to deliver excellent customer service and dining experience.
• Maintain service quality and display good customer relations.
• Ensure food quality and presentation meet standards and manage service recovery.
• Manage peak periods with hosting and queue management skills.
• Demonstrate supervisory skills with delegation of duties among staff.
• Plan outlet schedule and deployment.
• Manage staff discipline and performance issues.
• Execute outlet administrative duties and management reporting.
• Maintain restaurant hygiene and upkeep.
• Achieve sales targets and manage costs (labor, food, maintenance).

Job Information

Working Hours: 5 days/week (2 off days per week, 11am - 10pm, no split shift)

At least 2 years experience in F&B, preferably with managerial experience

Possess high standard of customer service and willingness to learn

Salary will commensurate with experience
