Job summary

Nextbeat Singapore Pte.Ltd. is hiring for a kitchen role where you will prepare the restaurant for opening and closing, and handle order preparation according to kitchen SOPs. You will operate stations including deep fryer, water boiler, and induction cooking, while maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

The role requires a positive, energetic team player with multitasking abilities; F&B experience is a plus, and training will be provided. Food Hygiene Certificate is advantageous in this position.

• O Levels and above
• Passionate about providing exceptional service and making every guest feel like family.
• Positive and energetic individual who thrives in a collaborative environment
• Flexible multitasker who's always ready to pitch in where needed
• F&B experience is a plus but not required, training will be provided to enthusiastic individuals
• Food Hygiene Certificate is an added advantage

Responsibilities

• Prepare the restaurant for opening and closing
• Sort out and prepare orders based on kitchen SOPs
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen workspace, adhering to strict health and safety regulations
• Operate different cooking stations: deep fryer, water boiler, induction cooking station
• Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, and place orders as needed to avoid shortages

Working hours

• Option 1: 50 hours (5 days 10 hours): 90 minute unpaid break
• Option 2: 55 hours (5.5 days 10 hours), 90 minute unpaid break
• Option 3: 60 hours (6 days 10 hours): 90 minute unpaid break
