Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is recruiting for a well established Japanese F&B company in Singapore to fill a full-time kitchen role.

You will assist in the kitchen, prepare equipment, weigh and mix ingredients, maintain hygiene and cost controls, and ensure consistent cook practice and presentation. Working location is Central / East, 5.5 days per week with a competitive salary up to 3,000 SGD plus incentives and a variable bonus.

Qualifications

• GCE N Level and above.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in similar role.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the kitchen and food preparation.
• Prepare equipment for the cooking process.
• Weigh, measure and mix ingredients according to recipes.
• Maintain a high standard of all food preparation and service in the kitchen according to the required standards.
• Ensure accurate and consistent cook practice and presentation.
• Ensure the kitchen areas are clean, tidy and organized.
• Ensure proper hygiene practices based on Food & Beverages Safety and Hygiene policies.
• Responsible in controlling cost and minimize food wastages.
