You will prepare ingredients, assemble orders, manage inventory, and ensure kitchen hygiene while working with a friendly team. Training is provided, with flexible shifts and opportunities for skill development in a growing brand.

Qualifications

WSQ Food Hygiene Certificate Level 1
Minimum 1 year of kitchen or food preparation experience

Responsibilities

Prepare ingredients by washing, cutting, portioning, and cooking according to recipes and SOPs
Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, rice cookers, and stoves safely and efficiently
Assemble salad bowls and food orders accurately during serving hours
Serve customers courteously and efficiently over the counter in a fast-paced setting
Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment and receiving deliveries
Track, reconcile, and verify daily sales reports and sales orders
Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene standards in the kitchen
Collaborate effectively with team members to complete general kitchen duties as required
