Job summary

Supergreen is a fast-growing Singapore brand that prepares and serves fresh salads and grain bowls. We are hiring to support busy outlets in a fast-paced environment, focusing on safe food handling, portioning, and timely service.

You will prepare ingredients, assemble orders, manage inventory, and ensure kitchen hygiene while working with a friendly team. Training is provided, with flexible shifts and opportunities for skill development in a growing brand.

Qualifications

• WSQ Food Hygiene Certificate Level 1
• Minimum 1 year of kitchen or food preparation experience

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients by washing, cutting, portioning, and cooking according to recipes and SOPs
• Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, rice cookers, and stoves safely and efficiently
• Assemble salad bowls and food orders accurately during serving hours
• Serve customers courteously and efficiently over the counter in a fast-paced setting
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment and receiving deliveries
• Track, reconcile, and verify daily sales reports and sales orders
• Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene standards in the kitchen
• Collaborate effectively with team members to complete general kitchen duties as required
