Job summary

Dexterity Services Pte. Ltd. is seeking a hands-on Facilities Supervisor to manage daily cleaning operations across sites in Singapore, ensuring service quality and compliance.

You will supervise site cleaners, coordinate tasks, plan schedules, and oversee equipment maintenance, including night shifts and weekend deployments. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in facilities or hospitality, a diploma in FM, proficiency in MS Office, and strong communication and time management skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Facilities Management or related discipline.
• At least 2–3 years in cleaning, facilities services/management, hospitality, or commercial sectors.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical and persuasive skills.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Well-groomed with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Positive work attitude; able to work independently and as part of a team.
