Ikano Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Kitchen Associate to support daily kitchen operations in our IKEA store. You will maintain a clean, safe work environment, prepare ingredients, and ensure high quality food and service for customers.

You will follow SOPs, manage stock, and ensure HACCP documentation while practising FIFO/FEFO principles. Candidates should be comfortable standing for long periods and working AM/PM shifts including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Team-player with strong organisation and time management.
• Able to handle basic food preparation and maintain cleanliness.
• Willing to work AM/PM shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsabilités

• Assist in preparing meal ingredients and maintain a clean, hygienic prep area.
• Ensure proper cleaning and sanitising of all food prep areas.
• Execute and support kitchen operations per SOPs.
• Uphold quality, service and cleanliness standards for food safety.
• Assist with unloading supplies and checking stock accuracy.
• Follow FIFO and FEFO to maintain freshness of ingredients.
• Maintain HACCP records and level of par stock during peak periods.
• Comply with ASC/MSC procedures to track seafood usage daily.
• Contribute to store operations aligned with Commercial Review Standards.
