Job summary

Tung Lok Millennium Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a hands-on Dim Sum Production Assistant to support the dim sum chef in preparation, shaping, steaming, and packaging.

You will maintain hygiene and food safety, follow recipes, and work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen with a positive team spirit. Regular hours Mon-Fri and Sat shifts; whatsapp for more information.

Qualifications

• Experience in dim sum production preferred.
• Knowledge of traditional dim sum items is a plus.
• Ability to follow recipes and food safety protocols.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen.

• Handle production machinery and handmade dim sum.
• Support the dim sum chef in ingredient preparation, mixing, shaping, steaming, and packaging.
• Maintain proper hygiene, cleanliness, and organization in the work area according to food safety standards.
• Label and store ingredients and finished products appropriately.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Prior experience in dim sum production roles is preferred
• Basic knowledge of traditional dim sum items and cooking techniques is an advantage
• Ability to follow recipes, portion guidelines, and food safety protocols
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
