You will follow prescribed menus, prepare soft diets, and maintain rigorous hygiene while supporting the Senior Manager. The role emphasizes cleanliness, integrity, and the ability to handle additional duties as needed. This position is based in Singapore and involves working in the Home's kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in professional cooking or food preparation.
• Ability to follow menus and recipes accurately.
• Attention to cleanliness and sanitation in food prep areas.
• Knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards.
• Integrity and respect for property of the Home.
• Maintains a clean, neat and professional appearance.
• Willing to perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor.

• Ensure that the quality of food prepared and cooked is consistent and of high standards
• Prepare and cook food based on the assigned menus, prepare soft diet and puree meals from recipes as instructed by the Senior Manager / Senior Cook
• Ensure cleanliness of all areas in the kitchen
• Comply with hygiene and food standards set by Home
• Comply with the department's code of integrity: no removal of food items and property of the Home without proper authorization
• Maintain a clean, neat and professional
• Perform other duties assigned by the Senior Manager / Senior Cook
