THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Kitchen Apprentice to join our team at Orchard/Raffles Place. You will assist in food preparation for an omakase concept and help maintain high quality across all dishes.

Responsibilities

• Manage Food Preparation and Production (omakase concept).
• Maintain high quality standard of all food product and dishes.
• Assist Senior Chefs in washing, cutting, and preparing ingredients.
• Monitor incoming tickets from the self-order kiosks and ensure dishes are accurately assembled for the self-serve pick-up counters.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness across the workspace.

Kitchen Apprentice

Salary: $2500 - $3500
Working Days: 5 Days 9 Hours
Working Location: Orchard / Raffles Place (TBC)
