AC HESED PTE. LTD. is seeking a responsible, hands-on Food Kiosk Store Supervisor to oversee daily kiosk operations, lead the service crew, and ensure top-notch food quality and hygiene. You will manage people, handle fast-paced service, and take ownership of daily performance.

The role emphasizes team leadership, customer focus, and operational excellence with a strong emphasis on food safety and standards compliance. Shift-based, primarily on-site at the kiosk location.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in food & beverage, retail, hospitality, or customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service mindset and hands-on leadership capability.
• Able to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Good organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable handling POS systems, inventory, and basic reporting.
• Solid understanding of food hygiene and workplace safety.
• Responsible, punctual and proactive; able to work independently.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day kiosk operations to ensure smooth service.
• Open/close procedures and ensure consistency with operating standards.
• Monitor food preparation, quality, portion control, and presentation.
• Maintain stock, packaging, and supplies; report shortages.
• Supervise, coach, and deploy service crew during shifts.
• Ensure friendly, efficient, and professional customer service.
• Oversee cash handling, POS transactions, and daily sales reconciliation.
• Monitor inventory and wastage; conduct regular stock checks.
• Prepare accurate daily operational, sales, and stock reports.
• Escalate issues to management promptly.
