Job summary

MANNA 360 PTE. LTD. is seeking a responsible, hands-on Food Kiosk Store Supervisor to oversee daily kiosk operations and lead the service crew. The role emphasizes quality, hygiene, and delivering an excellent customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will manage people, ensure high service standards, and take ownership of the kiosk's performance. The position is full-time and based at the kiosk location in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in F&B, retail, hospitality, or customer service.
• Supervisory or team-leading experience is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and taking ownership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day kiosk operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Open and close the kiosk per operating procedures.
• Monitor food preparation, quality, portion control, presentation and service standards.
• Ensure adequate stock of food, packaging and supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across all areas.
• Lead, supervise and motivate the service crew.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback and complaints promptly.
• Monitor sales, inventory, and report variances to management.
