Job summary

Bosch Building Technologies Europe is seeking a motivated Key Account Sales & User Training Intern to learn hands-on in B2B sales, account support, and customer enablement. The role blends sales fundamentals, user training, and CRM upkeep to help drive adoption and customer success across key accounts.

You will assist in discovery calls, proposals, product demonstrations, and training sessions conducted onsite, virtually, or in a hybrid setup, while collaborating with Marketing and Product teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Foundational knowledge or interest in B2B sales, account management, or customer success.
• Enthusiasm for delivering customer training and product education.
• Strong presentation and communication abilities across diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with CRM tools or willingness to learn them; productivity platform proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support the full sales cycle for assigned key accounts, including discovery calls and proposal preparation.
• Build and maintain the sales pipeline, update CRM, and assist forecasting.
• Deliver product demonstrations and communicate value propositions to customers.
• Contribute to strategic account planning and identify growth opportunities.
• Conduct training needs assessments and deliver onsite, virtual, or hybrid training sessions.
• Create and update training materials and track training effectiveness.
• Record training details and generate reports on sales activities and training impact.
