Job summary

Staffking Pte Ltd is seeking a Lounge Supervisor to oversee daily operations at a nightlife venue near City Hall MRT in Singapore. The role is full-time, with 5 working days and a 44-hour week, and involves rotating shifts from 4pm to 5am, including opening or closing duties.

Salary is up to $3,500 SGD, with company transport provided and 10 days annual leave. You will lead the lounge team to maintain service standards, handle operational issues during peak times, assist with staff scheduling

Qualifications

• Previous experience in nightclub, lounge, bar or nightlife environment is preferred.
• Experience in a supervisory or team leader role will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operations of the lounge and ensure smooth service flow.
• Lead and guide the lounge team to maintain good service standards.
• Handle operational issues and ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
• Assist with staff scheduling, customer service and daily operational matters.
• Monitor the overall cleanliness, presentation and service standards of the lounge.
• Ensure customers receive a pleasant and professional experience.
