Job summary

Boilermaster Pte Ltd is seeking a Tender & Estimation Engineer to support cost estimation, budgeting, and proposal preparation for process industry projects. This role is suitable for fresh graduates with a Quantity Surveying or Engineering background who want to develop skills in project costing and commercial functions.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 0–5 years of experience; fresh engineering graduates are welcome to apply
• Only candidates with the legal right to work in Singapore will be considered. No work pass sponsorship is available for this role.
• Proficiency in cost estimation software and CRM is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing cost estimates, including material take-offs, labor costs, and other project expenses
• Support project budgeting and cost tracking under guidance from senior team members
• Work with sales and engineering teams to support proposal preparation and tender submissions
• Assist in basic cost analysis and value engineering exercises
• Prepare documentation for client submissions and internal approvals
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and relevant industry standards
