Job summary

You will review enquiries, prepare quotations, liaise with suppliers, and coordinate with internal teams to gather costing information. Reading engineering drawings is advantageous and attention to detail is valued.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in mechanical, electrical, mechatronics, or industrial engineering or related disciplines.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in quotation, estimation, project coordination, or engineering is welcomed.
• Reading engineering drawings is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Review customer enquiries, RFQs, technical specifications and drawings.
• Prepare quotations, cost estimations and commercial proposals.
• Liaise with suppliers to obtain pricing and lead times.
• Coordinate with internal departments to gather costing information.
• Prepare BOMs and costing calculations.
• Support tender submissions and quotation follow-up.
