Job summary

Flintex Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented Clean room Operations & Logistics Technician in Singapore to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of high-value semiconductor parts. The role requires precise operation of Polyflow washing machines and meticulous inventory control.

You will handle receipt, verification, and kitting of parts, coordinate RMAs for external repairs, and maintain accurate digital records in ERP/WMS while adhering to strict clean room and chemical safety protocols.

Qualifications

• NITEC or Diploma in Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineering or related field.
• Experience in semiconductor, clean room, or high-tech manufacturing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate clean room equipment and inspect fragile components per SOPs.
• Manage incoming parts inventory and coordinate kitting for engineering teams.
• Coordinate external vendor repairs including RMAs and tracking turnaround times.
• Update ERP/WMS with stock movements, repairs, and scrap data.
• Follow Class 10/100 clean room and chemical safety protocols and wear PPE.

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Clean room Operations & Logistics Technician to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of high-value semiconductor parts. This dual role requires precision in operating automated chemical cleaning equipment (Polyflow benches) and diligence in managing inventory controls, tracking external repairs, and maintaining accurate digital records.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean room & Equipment Operations: Safely handle, inspect, and clean fragile quartz and mechanical components using Polyflow automated washing machines according to strict Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Inventory & Logistics Management: Manage the physical receipt, unpacking, and verification of incoming parts against documentation. Safely kit and issue parts to engineering teams.
• Repair Tracking: Coordinate the outbound logistics for parts requiring external vendor repair, including creating RMAs (Return Merchandise Authorizations) and tracking turnaround times.
• Data Integrity: Promptly update the inventory management system (ERP/WMS) to reflect stock movements, repairs, and scrap. Maintain flawless digital records.
• Safety & Compliance: Strictly adhere to Class 10/100 clean room protocols, chemical safety guidelines, and proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements.

Key Requirements

• NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Diploma in Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineering, Logistics/Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in semiconductor, clean room, or high-tech manufacturing. Candidates without prior experience are welcome to apply.
• Knowledge of ERP/inventory systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel is an advantage.
• Able to handle fragile and high-value components with care.
• Comfortable working with chemical cleaning systems and wearing clean room suits (bunny suits).

7am to 7pm OR 7pm to 7am ( 12 hours shift job )
