Job summary

RECRUIT NOW SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a meticulous Cleanroom Operations & Logistics Technician to oversee end-to-end handling of high-value semiconductor components.

Qualifications

• NITEC, Higher NITEC or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Logistics or related discipline.
• Basic knowledge of ERP / inventory systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Demonstrated ability to handle fragile and high-value components.

Responsibilities

• Cleanroom & Equipment Operations: safely handle, inspect and clean fragile quartz and mechanical components; operate Polyflow automated washing machines; ensure quality and safety standards; follow cleanroom procedures.
• Inventory & Logistics: receive, unpack, verify parts; conduct inventory checks; kit and issue parts to engineering teams; maintain physical control of high-value components.
• Repair & RMA Tracking: coordinate outbound logistics for parts requiring external vendor repair; create and manage RMAs; track status and turnaround times.
• Inventory System & Data Management: update ERP / WMS systems for stock movements, repairs and scrap; maintain accurate records.
• Safety & Compliance: follow cleanroom protocols; comply with chemical handling and PPE requirements.

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Cleanroom Operations & Logistics Technician to manage the end-to-end handling of high-value semiconductor components. This hands-on role combines cleanroom operations, parts handling, inventory control, repair tracking and logistics coordination.

You will be responsible for handling fragile and high-value components with a high level of precision while ensuring accurate inventory records and strict compliance with cleanroom and safety procedures.

Your Responsibilities

Cleanroom & Equipment Operations

• Safely handle, inspect and clean fragile quartz and mechanical components
• Operate Polyflow automated washing machines according to established SOPs
• Ensure cleaning and handling processes meet required quality and safety standards
• Follow strict cleanroom procedures when handling sensitive semiconductor components

Inventory & Logistics

• Receive, unpack and verify incoming parts against relevant documentation
• Perform accurate inventory checks and ensure proper identification of components
• Kit and issue parts to engineering teams according to requirements
• Maintain proper physical control of high-value and sensitive components

Repair & RMA Tracking

• Coordinate outbound logistics for parts requiring external vendor repair
• Create and manage RMAs (Return Merchandise Authorizations)
• Track repair status and turnaround times
• Follow up with external vendors to ensure timely return of repaired parts

Inventory System & Data Management

• Update ERP / WMS systems promptly for stock movements, repairs and scrap
• Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and component status
• Ensure digital records are complete, accurate and up to date
• Support inventory reconciliation and reporting activities

Safety & Compliance

• Strictly follow Class 10/100 cleanroom protocols
• Comply with chemical handling and safety requirements
• Wear appropriate PPE and cleanroom attire
• Follow all relevant SOPs and workplace safety procedures

What We’re Looking For

• NITEC, Higher NITEC or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Logistics, Supply Chain or a related discipline
• 1–3 years of experience in a semiconductor wafer fab, cleanroom or high-tech manufacturing environment
• Basic knowledge of ERP / inventory systems such as SAP or Oracle
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Demonstrated ability to handle fragile and high-value components carefully
• Comfortable working with chemical cleaning systems
• Comfortable wearing cleanroom suits / bunny suits

• OR Sunday – Thursday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
