Job summary

CAR TIMES AUTOMOBILE PTE LTD is seeking a hands-on junior team member to support our digital and reporting initiatives. You will document workflows, build dashboards and reports, test new systems, and support staff in using them day to day, under the direction of the General Manager.

This learning role focuses on turning plans into working systems, with opportunities to grow into greater ownership over time as you gain experience with Excel/Sheets and BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in business analysis, data, or systems support.

Responsibilities

• Document workflows for financing, dealer, customer and admin processes.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports, ensure consistent numbers.
• Test new systems and perform user support with accuracy.
• Gather requirements and write clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate with external development partners under GM oversight.
• Create user guides, SOPs and basic training materials.
