Job summary

Legend Global Logistics Pte. Ltd. is seeking a junior BI & Reporting Analyst to support the preparation and analysis of business performance reports. You will develop Power BI dashboards and Excel reporting tools, validate data, identify gaps, and coordinate with IT on enhancements.

The role involves gathering requirements, testing, documenting processes, and providing ad hoc analytical support. Fresh graduates or those with up to two years of experience are welcome.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to two years of relevant experience in business reporting, data analysis, or system support may apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, PivotTables, lookups, charts, and data consolidation.
• Working knowledge of Power BI, including dashboard preparation, data visualisation, and basic data modelling.
• Experience in system enhancement coordination, or user acceptance testing would be an advantage.
• Able to understand business requirements and communicate them clearly to the IT team and business users.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing weekly, monthly, and ad hoc business performance reports.
• Collect, consolidate, and validate operational and financial data from different departments and systems.
• Analyse business performance and highlight trends, variances, performance gaps, and data inconsistencies.
• Follow up with relevant departments to obtain missing information and clarify reporting variances.
• Support Trade team in preparing presentation materials and management summaries.
• Develop, update, and maintain Power BI dashboards and Excel reporting tools.
• Ensure dashboards and reports are accurate, complete, and updated within the required timeline.
• Assist in improving and automating existing reporting and data consolidation processes.
• Maintain proper report structures, formulas, data sources, and supporting documentation.
• Assist in gathering and documenting business and user requirements for system enhancements.

About the role
