Job summary

KAI SENG CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking an Assistant Supervisor to support daily operations and help manage personnel. You will handle administrative tasks, assist with hiring by reviewing applications and meeting candidates, and participate in company training programs.

You will also train new hires after initial training and relay employee concerns to the supervisor to maintain morale and drive project progress.
