Tanjong Beach Club in Singapore invites a kitchen role to join our surfside restaurant, bar and club. You’ll set up your workstation with ingredients and cooking equipment, including the wood fire area, ensuring great presentation and a sanitized kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Setting up workstation with ingredients and wood fire cooking equipment.
• Ensuring great presentation by dressing dishes before serving.
• Keeping a sanitized and orderly kitchen environment.
• Storing all food and other items properly.
• Checking quality of ingredients to meet restaurant standards.
• Enforcing health and hygiene standards and troubleshooting issues.
• Leading and training junior team members and guiding stations.
