Job summary

Chain IQ in Singapore is seeking a Sourcing Corporate Services Consultant on a 12-month contract. You will support end-to-end sourcing and procurement activities across corporate services with stakeholders and suppliers.

This hands-on role offers exposure to requirements gathering, market research, tender prep, commercial evaluation, contract preparation and management. Suitable for recent graduates or early-career professionals aspiring to procurement.

Qualifications

• Recently completed a diploma or degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Engineering or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Support RFQs, RFPs and other sourcing activities.
• Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements, specifications and timelines.
• Prepare tender documentation, pricing schedules and supplier communications using approved templates.
• Conduct supplier and market research to support sourcing strategies and bidder identification.
• Coordinate supplier invitations, clarifications, tender submissions and key deadlines.
• Review supplier submissions and prepare commercial bid comparisons.
• Support supplier evaluations, negotiations and recommendations.
• Maintain accurate sourcing documentation, approvals and records throughout the process.
• Work directly with internal stakeholders and suppliers throughout sourcing activities.
• Coordinate meetings, discussions and follow-up actions.
• Provide regular progress updates and highlight potential risks, issues or delays.
• Build effective working relationships with stakeholders, suppliers and sourcing colleagues.
