You will gather user requirements, document specifications, design diagrams, develop and test applications, and contribute to secure, scalable infrastructure while learning across domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Fresh graduates or up to two years of relevant experience welcome.
• Relevant internships or projects are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Document functional and technical requirements and process flows.
• Assist in preparing network, system architecture, data-flow and integration diagrams.
• Develop, test and maintain applications, scripts, APIs and system integrations.

• Apply basic cybersecurity, access control and secure development principles.
• Explain technical concepts and trade-offs to non-technical users.

As a Junior Solutions Engineer, you will work across software, networking, cloud, and system integration projects. We are seeking a motivated individual with a strong technical foundation who is eager to learn, solve problems, and develop practical solutions that address business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage users to understand business processes, challenges and system requirements.
• Document functional and technical requirements, process flows and system specifications.
• Assist in preparing network, system architecture, data-flow and integration diagrams.
• Develop, test and maintain applications, scripts, APIs and system integrations.
• Support the design and implementation of network, cloud and infrastructure solutions.
• Assist with system testing, deployment, troubleshooting and post-implementation support.
• Apply basic cybersecurity, access control and secure development principles.
• Work with users and project managers to translate business requirements into practical technical design and explain
• technical concepts and trade-offs to non-technical users.
• Maintain clear technical documentation including solution designs, integration notes and runbooks, and provide regular project updates.
• Liaise with the in-house team on environments, data structures, security requirements and implementation constraints.

Technical Requirements

• Good understanding of network fundamentals, including TCP/IP, routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs and network segmentation.
• Knowledge of at least one programming language, such as Python, Java, JavaScript, C# or C++.
• Basic knowledge of databases, SQL, APIs and system integration.
• Familiarity with operating systems, cloud computing and cybersecurity concepts.
• Exposure to Git, software development lifecycle and testing practices.
• Ability to prepare technical diagrams and documentation.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools would be advantageous.

• Relevant internships, capstone projects or personal technical projects would be advantageous.
