Job summary

RSM Singapore is seeking a Junior Solutions Engineer to join our team. Fresh graduates and early-career professionals will translate business requirements into practical tech solutions across software, networking, cloud, and system integration projects.

You will gather user requirements, document specifications, design diagrams, develop and test applications, and contribute to secure, scalable infrastructure while learning across domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Fresh graduates or up to two years of relevant experience welcome.
• Relevant internships or projects are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Engage users to understand business processes and system requirements.
• Document functional and technical requirements and process flows.
• Assist in preparing network, system architecture, data-flow and integration diagrams.
• Develop, test and maintain applications, scripts, APIs and system integrations.
• Support design and implementation of network, cloud and infrastructure solutions.
• Assist with system testing, deployment, troubleshooting and post-implementation support.
• Apply basic cybersecurity, access control and secure development principles.
• Explain technical concepts and trade-offs to non-technical users.
• Maintain technical documentation including solution designs and runbooks.
