You will conduct skincare consultations, demonstrate products, provide personalised recommendations, drive sales, manage CRM follow-ups, and maintain merchandising and stock accuracy, with training and career growth opportunities. Qualifications

• Passion for skincare and customer service.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior beauty retail or cosmetics experience is advantageous.
• Basic proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for sales reporting.
• Willingness to learn skincare knowledge and consultation techniques.
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply.

Responsabilités

• Conduct skincare consultations and recommend products.
• Demonstrate products and provide personalised recommendations.
• Drive retail sales and meet sales targets.
• Build lasting relationships via CRM and follow-ups.
• Maintain merchandising, counter cleanliness, and stock accuracy.
• Prepare basic sales reports using Excel or Sheets.
• Support campaigns, VIP events and brand activities.
