Job summary

JMJ CONSULTANTS PTE. LTD. seeks a qualified candidate with at least 3 years on landed property construction sites and proficient in SketchUp and rendering.

The role requires knowledge of structural designs and calculations, ability to work out structural rebars and to communicate with suppliers. Strong leadership is essential to guide migrant workers and supervise structural works, with checks conducted with RTO.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years experience on landed property construction sites.
• Knowledge of SketchUp & Rendering.
• Knowledge of structural designs & calculations; ability to work out structural rebars & communicate with suppliers.
• Good leadership to guide migrant workers, supervise structural works & conduct checks with RTO.
• Ability to schedule projects & timelines; good communication with project consultants & clients (spoken & written).

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Project Director.
• Lead and supervise migrant workers on site and ensure compliance with safety and construction standards.
• Coordinate with suppliers and consultants to ensure timely delivery of materials and drawings.
• Monitor project schedule, milestones and timelines; report progress to Project Director.

CANDIDATE TO HAVE AT LEAST A MINIMUM 03 YEARS EXPERIENCE WORKING ON LANDED PROPERTY CONSTRUCTION WORK SITE.

TO HAVE KNOWLEDGE IN SKETCH-UPS & RENDERING.

KNOWLEDGE IN STRUCTURAL DESIGNS & CALCULATIONS. ABILITY TO WORKOUT STRUCTURAL REBARS & COMMUNICATE WITH SUPPLIERS.

GOOD LEADERSHIP SKILL TO GUIDE COMPANY'S MIGRANT WORKERS, SUPERVISION OF STRUCTURAL WORKS & CONDUCT CHECKS WITH RTO.

ABILITY TO WORKOUT PROJECT SCHEDULING & TIMELINE. GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS WITH PROJECT CONSULTANTS & CLIENTS ON BOTH SPOKEN & WRITTEN.

TO BE WORKING CLOSELY WITH COMPANY'S PROJECT DIRECTOR.
