Optimum Solutions Pte Ltd is seeking a skilled Scrum Master/Delivery Lead to guide 1–2 software squads in an Agile environment. You will work with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, security, and architecture to ensure timely releases and high-quality software.

The role requires hands-on Agile coaching, strong backlog management, and the ability to manage risks, dependencies, and RAID logs. Cloud familiarity and DevOps mindset are essential for successful delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or equivalent.
3 years of IT experience, with at least 2 years as a Scrum Master, delivery lead or similar in a software engineering team.
Prior hands-on technical background (developer, QA automation, DevOps or support engineer) is strongly preferred.
Proven track record of delivering software releases in Scrum or Kanban teams.
Working knowledge of at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure or GCP).
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.
Hands-on with Jira and Confluence (or Azure DevOps Boards).
Active Scrum Master certification: CSM, PSM I or equivalent.

Responsabilités

Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews and retrospectives.
Coach the team and Product Owner on Scrum, Kanban and Agile principles.
Help the Product Owner keep a well-groomed, prioritised backlog with clear acceptance criteria.
Track and improve team health using velocity, cycle time, burndown and sprint predictability.
Identify and remove impediments, escalating where needed.
