Job summary

OHMYHOTEL GLOBAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Junior Sales & Operations Executive to support B2B clients across Singapore, India, and Europe. You will handle client accounts, assist with sales proposals, and coordinate day-to-day operations with internal and external partners.

The role targets candidates with 1–2 years in OTA, hotel, travel, or hospitality, aiming to grow into regional sales and account management with exposure to multiple markets and languages.

Qualifications

• Based in Singapore and legally eligible to work in Singapore.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in OTA, hotel, travel, hospitality, sales operations, or account management preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin Chinese, required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and counterparts.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support client accounts across Singapore, India, and European markets.
• Maintain day-to-day communication with existing clients and business partners.
• Support sales activities, including client follow-ups, quotations, proposals, and contract coordination.
• Coordinate booking, hotel, inventory, rate, and operational matters with internal and external partners.
• Respond to client requests and resolve operational issues in a timely manner.
• Monitor account performance and identify opportunities to increase sales and client engagement.
• Work closely with internal sales, operations, hotel, and partner teams.
• Maintain accurate client, sales, and operational records.
• Support onboarding of new clients and partners.
• Assist with market research and business development activities when required.

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Sales & Operations Executive to support and manage our B2B clients across Singapore, India, and Europe . This role combines client account management, sales support, and day-to-day operational coordination. It is ideal for someone with 1-2 years of experience in the OTA, hotel, travel, or hospitality industry who wants to grow into a regional sales and account management role.

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace


• Experience with CRM, hotel booking systems, OTA platforms, or travel technology is an advantage

Preferred Profile

• Experience working with hotels, OTAs, travel agencies, DMCs, or hospitality technology companies


• Exposure to international B2B clients


• Commercial mindset with strong customer-service orientation


• Comfortable handling both sales and operational responsibilities


• Interested in developing a career in regional sales and account management
