Aleta Planet, a MAS-regulated payments provider based in Singapore, seeks a detail‑driven Reconciliation Specialist. You will handle daily reconciliation across card issuing, remittance, and acquiring streams, ensuring alignment with internal ledgers and external statements.

You will learn card schemes, remittance flows, and acquiring settlement, while progressing toward more advanced reconciliation roles in a fast‑paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 1–2 years' experience in finance, accounting, banking, or payment operations.
• Accurate and detail-oriented with data scrutiny.
• Strong Excel skills and willingness to improve.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily reconciliation of card issuing transactions against scheme and ledger records.
• Reconcile outbound and inbound remittance transactions with bank statements.
• Reconcile merchant settlement files against acquiring processor reports.
• Log unmatched transactions and escalate discrepancies promptly.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reconciliation reports.
