Job summary

PRESTO UNIVERSAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a QS Intern / Project Admin to support our quantity surveying and project teams with day-to-day admin and QS tasks. The role suits an organized, detail-oriented student or fresh graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in construction/interior fit-out.

You will assist with quantity take-offs, project records, documentation, and coordination with contractors and suppliers. A collaborative, learn-fast environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Building, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of QS principles and construction processes.
• Good organisational and administrative skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Willing to learn and work independently as well as in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist QS team with quantity take-offs, measurements, and basic cost calculations.
• Support project administration, including maintaining project records, documents, and filing.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers on project-related matters.
• Assist with basic project reporting and documentation.
• Perform other administrative and QS-related duties as assigned.
