DEZIGN FORMAT PTE LTD in Singapore invites a Junior QHSE Executive to support the IMS across QHSE and Sustainability, helping audits, risk assessments, and reporting under ISO standards.

You will collaborate with teams, track data including carbon reporting, and assist with improvements while learning bizSAFE and ISO frameworks.

Qualificações

• Fresh diploma graduates are welcome.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of local and international QHSE management practices (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 20121) or strong interest to learn.
• WSQ Develop a Risk Management Implementation Plan (bizSAFE Level 2) preferred
• Team player with ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Interest or experience in sustainability and carbon reporting is a plus
• Certification as an internal QHSE auditor is advantageous but not mandatory

Responsabilidades

• Support the implementation and maintenance of the Integrated Management System (IMS) covering Quality, Health, Safety, Environment and Sustainability.
• Assist in documenting and following up on non-conformance cases; support timely closure with guidance from QHSE Manager
• Coordinate and update quality assurance and sustainability policies under supervision
• Prepare and review audit reports, inspection records, and improvement actions
• Assist with workplace/site inspections, risk assessments, incident reporting and investigation follow-up
• Collaborate with departments to promote QHSE awareness and assist in improving processes
• Liaise with internal teams and external parties on QHSE and Sustainability matters
• Help track and compile sustainability-related data, including basic carbon footprint reporting
• Monitor regulatory changes and assist with compliance
• Provide support in reporting IMS performance and improvement suggestions for management review
• Help ensure changes to the management system uphold ISO 20121 integrity

As a Junior QHSE Executive at Dezign Format, you will support the implementation and continuous improvement of the company’s Integrated Management System (IMS), covering QHSE and Sustainability. You will assist with audits, inspections, risk assessments, compliance monitoring, incident follow-ups, and sustainability reporting while promoting awareness of relevant ISO standards across the organisation.

• Support the implementation and maintenance of the company’s Integrated Management System (IMS), covering Quality, Health, Safety, Environment (QHSE), and Sustainability, in line with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 20121 standards

• Assist in documenting and following up on non-conformance cases, and support timely closure with guidance from QHSE Manager
