Job summary

Evolution Recruitment Solutions Pte Ltd is seeking a Junior-Mid Level Project Manager to support planning, coordination and delivery of projects across the organisation in Singapore. You will liaise with clients, vendors and internal teams to ensure deliverables are on time and to required quality.

The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or management, and is familiar with project management processes, documentation, and tools such as Jira, Confluence and MS

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management or a related discipline.
• Around 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or project management.
• Experience working for a vendor, consultancy, system integrator or service provider is preferred.
• Experience in API/Swift is preferred.
• Experience coordinating with clients and internal delivery teams.
• Good understanding of project management processes and documentation.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and follow up closely on deliverables.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project or similar tools would be advantageous.
