Job summary

You will document work meticulously, perform fault-finding, and interact with customers, suppliers and internal teams. Proficiency in MS Office is expected, and exposure to PLC/SCADA and quality tools is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Microelectronics, Mechanical or related engineering.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; comprehensive training provided.
• Meticulous and organised with strong documentation habits.
• Sound problem-solving and fault-finding ability.
• Clear communicator with a customer-first mindset; works well independently and in a team.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Willing to complete required training under the Employee Qualification and OJT programme.

Responsibilities

• Support project execution from planning through to completion, including technical checks and progress updates
• Carry out troubleshooting and fault-finding, both in-house and at customer sites
• Prepare technical reports, service records and project documentation to a consistent standard
• Maintain technical documents, procedures and specifications at their latest revision
• Ensure measuring and test equipment is calibrated, in-date and correctly logged
• Liaise with customers, suppliers and internal teams to meet commitments and deadlines
• Attend team and client meetings, and present technical findings
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives - process studies, 5S, Lean Manufacturing and Total Quality Management
• Uphold Departmental KPIs, safety standards and the Code of Business Conduct
