Qualifications

• Diploma or Higher NITEC in Accountancy, Business Administration, or an Engineering-related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with VLOOKUP or Pivot Tables is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to zero-error data entry.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Proactive attitude; able to learn quickly in a fast-paced industrial environment.
• No prior experience required; comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Data accuracy: Input and maintain project-related costs, including labour hours, equipment rentals, and material purchases.
• Document Management: Organise and file project contracts, POs, and DOs to ensure audit readiness.
• Variance Tracking: Assist in preparing cost-tracking reports to compare actual site spending against budgets.
• Support Operations: Assist project teams in preparing progress claim attachments and verifying supplier invoices against work done.
• Coordination: Liaise with site supervisors and workshop team to reconcile material usage reports.
