Job summary

Watlow Singapore is seeking an Associate Production Planner to support build planning and production scheduling. Open to fresh and junior graduates with a polytechnic background in manufacturing or supply chain.

The role involves coordinating material flow, integrating with purchasing, and driving Lean improvements while partnering with cross-functional teams to meet customer demand. On-site at Watlow Singapore office. Opportunity to grow in a global maker of thermal solutions.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Advanced Diploma or bachelor's degree in supply chain management or manufacturing.
• 2 years’ experience in planning in manufacturing or related roles.
• Open to Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents.
• Fresh graduates from polytechnic are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Prepare build plans and production schedules for orders and inventory replenishment.
• Schedule and coordinate flow of work between departments to optimize cost and service.
• Distribute work orders and monitor progress to meet master schedule.
• Collaborate with purchasing to ensure material availability.
• Support Lean kaizen and process improvement initiatives.
• Serve as a liaison between production, sales, and customers.
