REGTECH INSIGHT PTE. LTD. is seeking a PMO Coordinator to monitor and report on project status, timelines, deliverables, budget, and resources for data engineering initiatives within the banking sector.

The role focuses on ensuring successful delivery, risk tracking, and regulatory alignment. You will maintain standard PMO docs, coordinate between data engineering teams, product owners, and business stakeholders, and support both Agile and Waterfall workflows using Jira, Confluence, MS Project,

Qualifications

2–4 years of PMO or Project Coordination experience.
Conceptual knowledge of Data Engineering concepts (ETL, data warehousing).
Proficiency with project management tools including Jira, Confluence, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, or Power BI.

Responsibilities

Monitor and report on project status, timelines, deliverables, budget, and resources for Data Engineering projects.
Maintain and update standard PMO documentation (RAID logs, status reports, change requests, meeting minutes).
Coordinate between technical data engineering teams, product owners, and business stakeholders.
Support Agile ceremonies and Waterfall activities using Jira, Confluence, MS Project, and Power BI.
Assist in tracking project budgets, invoices, resource utilization, and vendor metrics.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal governance frameworks relevant to banking.
