Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Beginner understanding in Pega Software Application Development.
• Beginner proficiency in Java (Programming Language).
• Beginner proficiency in Structured Query Language.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain Pega applications to support evolving business and operational requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Support application maintenance and ensure systems operate according to SLAs.
• Participate in analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment of enhancements and new functionality.
• Define and review technical requirements with consideration for integration, performance, quality, security, and scalability.
• Work with cloud operations and infrastructure teams to support capacity planning and monitoring.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues while contributing to continuous improvement.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and Pega platform capabilities for innovative delivery.
