Job summary

BUSINESS EDGE PERSONNEL SERVICES PTE LTD invites applications for a Junior Operator (Soldering) in Singapore. This hands-on role focuses on RF cable assemblies and precise soldering, with training to develop soldering skills and ensure quality across assemblies for RF/microwave products.

Initial 3–6 month soldering training is provided; outstanding trainees may travel to China for advanced training. After training, duties include soldering, preparing cables (cut, strip, crimp, shield, measure),

Qualifications

• ITE engineering qualification or equivalent.
• Fresh grads welcome.
• Experience in RF/MW cable assembly advantageous.
• Experience in soldering electronic products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble RF Cable Assemblies and perform soldering.
• Prepare cables (cut, strip, crimp, shield, measure).
• Perform visual self-inspection.
• Test RF/MW assemblies with VNA per specs.
• Follow safety and housekeeping rules.
• Read and interpret RF cable drawings.

Junior Operator (Soldering)

Salary: S$2,000 - 2,500 + AWS + OT

Working location: Ang Mo Kio

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm

Candidates are expected to commit to a 3 to 6 month soldering training program. Outstanding candidates during this period may be given the opportunity to travel to China for advanced soldering training. Following the 3 to 6 months soldering training, the main duties will primarily involve soldering work, as well as other process related tasks as needed.

• Experience in soldering electronic products is preferred.
