Job summary

HKM HR Management Pte. Ltd. is hiring Production Operators for the Electronics Manufacturing Industry at Tai Seng. The role involves assembling complex wire harnesses and cables, following drawings and tickets to ensure quality and efficiency.

This position offers a 5-day week with 8:00 AM–5:45 PM shifts, opportunities for overtime, and medical benefits. No prior experience required; training provided to suitable candidates who are hands-on and detail-oriented.

Qualifications

• GCE 'N' Level or equivalent with training provided.
• Prefer prior manufacturing experience.
• Willingness to perform hands-on assembly.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly of complex wire harnesses and cables.
• Assemble, modify or rework production components per drawings and tickets.
• Use basic hand tools and machines (screwdriver, solder iron, crimpers, etc.).
• Identify wires using the color code sequence.
• Support cycle counting and inventory transactions.
• Maintain knowledge of machines and techniques in this industry.
• Meet daily production output and quality targets.

PRODUCTION OPERATOR - 6 VACANCIES

Immediate Hiring

Salary Package : $2,000 – $2,500 Basic Salary - Excluding OT - with OT can hit $3000++

Working Hours

Normal Office Office Hours & 2 Rotating Shifts (Day & Afternoon)
Monday – Friday
8:00 AM – 5:45 PM

OT Work Available - 20-50 hours per month

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform assembly of complex discrete wire harnesses and multi-conductor jacketed cables, coax, twin-ax, and tri-ax cables, power, and flat cable assemblies.

• Assembles, modifies reworks, and/or reassembles production components, utilizing drawing, picking tickets, processing documentation, and/or verbal instructions.

• Use basic hand tools and machines including but not limited to power screwdriver, ruler, solder iron, clamp machine, heat gun, solder pot, crimpers, and pinning machine.

• Identify wires with the usage of the basic color code sequence.

• Support cycle counting activity, inventory handling, and inventory transactions

• Possesses and maintains thorough knowledge of machines and techniques in this industry and/or similar industries.

• Meet daily production output & quality requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Min GCE 'N' Level
• With or without working experience - training will be provided
• Preferably with prior experience in a manufacturing environment and a strong interest in hands-on assembly work.
